Gumbi Gumbi has an extremely bitter taste with earthy hints of lemon and a herbal flavour. Gumbi Gumbi is high and rich in minerals and vitamins A and C zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium.

It is best to brew and add other elements like Strawberry gum, lemon myrtle or aniseed myrtle to provide more of a pleasant flavour.
