The perfect Bush Fruit party cake 🎉
🧂 Base Ingredients:
- 1/2 TBLSP Bush Tucker Babies Wattleseed
- 200g plain chocolate Tiny Teddies- ground
- 1/4 cup ground Sandalwood nuts or almonds- ground
- 80g Butter
🧂 Filling & Topping Ingredients:
- 500g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 200g Toblerone- melted
- 1 TBLSP BTB Desert Limes
- 1 TBLSP BTB Davidson Plum
🥄 Method:
- Combine all base ingredients in a bowl. Press into springform cake tin + refrigerate
- combine cream cheese, sugar and cream in bowl. Beat until combined
- Add melted chocolate and mix with wooden spoon until combined
- Add cream cheese mic to wattleseed base, make peaks on top
- Top with Bush Fruits and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
