The perfect Bush Fruit party cake 🎉

🧂 Base Ingredients:

  • 1/2 TBLSP Bush Tucker Babies Wattleseed
  • 200g plain chocolate Tiny Teddies- ground
  • 1/4 cup ground Sandalwood nuts or almonds- ground
  • 80g Butter

🧂 Filling & Topping Ingredients:

  • 500g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 200g Toblerone- melted
  • 1 TBLSP BTB Desert Limes
  • 1 TBLSP BTB Davidson Plum

🥄 Method:

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a bowl. Press into springform cake tin + refrigerate
  2. combine cream cheese, sugar and cream in bowl. Beat until combined
  3. Add melted chocolate and mix with wooden spoon until combined
  4. Add cream cheese mic to wattleseed base, make peaks on top
  5. Top with Bush Fruits and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
